Toy Story 4 (Josh Cooley) Release Date (UK): 21st June 2019

Yet another sequel to the charming, heartbreaking story of the toys who come to life. We aren’t entirely sure if we can handle what’s sure to be another tragic story…

The fourth installment in the hit Toy Story franchise is likely to be the last, with Andy having departed to college, there isn’t much left for the toys to live for, as morbid as it may seem. The original Toy Story (1995) was given an astonishing 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is certainly a timeless classic.

The new film welcomes a brand new toy to the family, Forky, a simple piece of plastic cutlery with pipe cleaner arms is introduced in a panicky state of mind. He is sure to be a character that everybody will adore by the end of the film and may make the story all the more emotional at the end of the tale. The plot, unfortunately yet thankfully still remains a mystery, however, this latest installment is confirmed to be the last. All the characters in the fantastic franchise are sure to be missed by us all, a few tears may be shed in the cinemas, after all we’ve got a friend in all of the gang.   what we do know for fact is that, though it will be painful to see the fantastic story come to an end, it will be a satisfying and hopefully deserving end to this legendary series.
