Adele Interrupted By Mosquito Mid-Concert

Oh, bug off! Adele, the Grammy Award winning star, was performing at Brisbane, Australia at an outdoor cricket arena on 5th March.
The 28 year-old singer was only trying to have a nice little conversation with the audience in a break between her songs when the thirsty insect breached security and made its appearance and bit her. Adele immediately freaked out, screaming incoherently and running across the stage to get away from the insect. With the mosquito following, Adele then cancelled the mosquito’s life with a punch. After the whole chaotic scene, she then apologized to the audience (who probably own many mosquitos as pets) stating, “I’m sorry, I’m not Australian, I don’t like bugs!”
The mother-of-one then continued with her conversation asking concertgoers how she should deal with the pesky bug, with one telling her to “squash it”. However, Adele seemed unwilling to hurt the insect, and then suddenly exclaimed: “Oh his friend has come to help him out… they’re everywhere, they’re all trying to kill me!” Later, as Adele attempted to regain her composure, she apologised to the crowd for her hilarious reaction, saying: “Oh how embarrassing! That scared the life out of me!” Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time a pest has crashed one of Adele’s concerts. The “Hello” songwriter received a visit from a bat in November at her Mexico City concert. “Welcome to Mexico,” she joked at the time.
